Webynize processes payments through Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record and authorized reseller. When you purchase a Webynize product or subscription, you enter into an agreement with Paddle.. Our refund policy is aligned with Paddle’s Checkout Buyer Terms.

General Refund Policy

Refunds are provided at the sole discretion of Paddle and on a case-by-case basis and may be refused. Paddle will refuse a refund request if there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behaviour.

This does not affect your rights as a Consumer in relation to products which are not as described, faulty, or not fit for purpose.

Consumer Right to Cancel

If you are a Consumer (purchasing for personal use rather than for business), you have the right to cancel your order and return the product within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day of completing the transaction.

To cancel, you must inform Paddle of your decision. For subscription services, your right to cancel applies following the initial subscription—not upon each automatic renewal.

Exception: Your right to cancel does not apply to digital content that you have started to download, stream, or otherwise acquire, or to products which you have already had the benefit of.

Pre-orders

If you pre-order a product, you will be charged upfront. You can request a refund for whatever reason until the content is delivered. After delivery, the standard refund policy applies.

Technical Problems

If technical problems prevent or unreasonably delay delivery of the product, your exclusive remedy is either replacement of the product or refund of the price paid, as determined by Paddle.

Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled. There are no refunds on unused subscription periods. If you wish to cancel your subscription, please contact Paddle at least 48 hours before the end of the current billing period with your order number and the email address used to purchase.

Certain subscriptions may offer a free trial. If you decide to unsubscribe before being charged, you must cancel before the expiration of the trial period.

Payment by Wire Transfer

Orders paid via wire transfer are not protected under the Consumer Credit Act (CCA) and are therefore not eligible for a refund. However, in cases where the transaction amount including sales tax is above $/£/€100, you may be entitled to a refund including the sales tax you paid, at Paddle’s discretion.

It is your responsibility to provide correct payment details (unique bank transfer reference number), company VAT/sales tax code, and order information to avoid delays.

Indirect Sales Tax Refund

If you have been charged sales tax (VAT, GST, Consumption Tax, etc.) on your purchase and are registered for sales tax in the country of purchase, you may be eligible for a refund of the sales tax amount. You must contact Paddle within 60 days after completing the purchase. This refund is only processed upon provision of a valid sales tax code for your country. Refund requests received after 60 days will not be processed.

Chargebacks

If you do not recognise or wish to dispute a payment made to Paddle, you agree to contact Paddle prior to raising a chargeback or any dispute with your bank or card issuer. Chargebacks without merit or legitimate reason may result in Paddle prohibiting you from using their services.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or cancel an order, please contact Paddle directly via their support channels. For questions about Webynize products or services, you may also contact our support team.
